Dedicated to meeting the needs of the ERP community through complementing all stages of the implementation process. Our recognised branding in this sector has led to many major recruitment partnerships in the Asia Pacific region and we continue to align ourselves with organisations where quality is the number one priority.
 
Systems Development (including Business Intelligence)
 

The Systems Development Practice caters primarily for the Application Development area and covers roles ranging from Design and Architecture through to the final stages of the testing process. Mid management roles including Business Analysis and Project Management also fall within this area. Growth in this area of the business has meant that as an organisation Genesis now caters for a much broader cross-section of roles within the IT&T sector.

 
Business Intelligence
We can deliver skills from a comprehensive pool of independent Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse Consultants covering enterprise level reporting, query, analysis and ETL software skills from a wide range of key BI Vendors. These include Cognos, Business Objects, Microstrategy, SAS and Hyperion.
 
IT Infrastructure
 
The IT Infrastructure Practice has successfully assisted many large organisations in building more robust and secure network operations. Heightened concern surrounding network security has led to strong growth within this area of the business.

We recognise that in a candidate-scarce market it is important for our Clients to be represented by a professional organisation capable of ‘selling their story’.
  • Each Consultant has a secondary point of contact within the office so that our Clients can expect to have their needs attended to every time.
  • Major Accounts - We have a dedicated Resourcing pool for higher volumes of business and for urgent requirements. Resources can be re-allocated at short notice to ensure critical roles are properly serviced in a timely manner.
  • We are an accredited member of our Industry’s two major regulatory bodies, namely the RCSA and ITCRA. Under the membership of these organisations we operate to a strict code of ethics and follow all governing guidelines including equal opportunities and OH&S.
